Pleasant and fairly clean place, PLEASANT staff. Breakfast with cocktails and a paranomic view of the Acropolis Hill and meat dishes. Excellent customer service provided. Good and unbeatable location - near Monastiraki. Shopping area very close to so many great shops and restaurants around as well as the bus station that connects directly to the airport.

The hotel was homey, it met my needs, I liked its magnificent location just off the Athens shopping strip, all the main tourist attractions on foot, and the nicer shopping area of Athens. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was contemporary & spotless. I didn't want to say goodbye, spent really really nice time and do recommend.

This hotel met needs well in every way, would definitely recommend. The property was a good home base for enjoying a shopping area, adjacent to all the big sights in Athens and a shopping street with plenty of restaurants around and a lovely church and buskers.

It was in a particularly good location near Monastiraki. And the area was shopping, short walk to main metro lines and direct express bus to airport, and the shopping street with lots of busking.

I stayed for 4 nights here and had a pleasant time. My bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size and well-equipped with view of the acropolis. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in the room were useful.

The value for money at Utopia Ermou was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room that matched the pictures. The hotel's location on a pedestrian street with plenty of shops was perfect, making it easy to walk to the Acropolis and other attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooftop restaurant had an amazing view of the Acropolis, adding an extra touch to our experience.
The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Excellent central location. We had an unforgettable view of the Acropolis from the rooftop bar/restaurant, which really made our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of foods. we highly recommend this hotel.
